I offer reduced rates to a select number of clients for an agreed upon duration of sessions. In the situations that the client is experiencing financial hardship and has extenuating circumstances.
Reduced rates are not available for ‘adhd nutrition education’ sessions.

If you are running late, please call or text 587-674-4100 to let us know. In this situation, your session would still end on time and you will be required to pay the full fee.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.

If you don’t call to cancel and you don’t show up for our appointment, you will be charged the full session fee to the credit card on file.

I aim to offer direct billing when possible. In the event that we are unable to do, you will be required to pay the fee in full and you can submit the invoice to your insurance provider.
Direct billing differs by my profession (e.g., Dietitian versus Canadian Certified Counsellor).

Nutrition and psychotherapy sessions involve two separate professions (dietetics) and (psychotherapy).
For insurance purposes and to meet ethical requirements of both professions, billing will be separated by the discipline (nutrition vs. psychotherapy) for time spent in 15 - Minute increments.
A 90-minute nutrition & psychotherapy session could be billed in the following ways (based on time spent):
75-minutes psychotherapy & 15-minutes nutrition or vice versa.
60-minutes psychotherapy & 30-minutes nutrition or vice versa.
45-minutes psychotherapy & 45-minutes nutrition
